Kim & Harry

I am finally going to blog in the logical order- Downwards! These are a few pics of the wedding I shot yesterday- Kim and Harry were such a fun couple and coped very well with a very Chilly wind coming off the Ocean as did their awesome team of beautiful Bridesmaids and hilarious Groomsmen.

The base of the Mount set the scene for the nuptials and then it was just a very short walk to the Surf Club for the reception.

Their paua theme set the tone for the wedding including the stunning and very yummy looking wedding cake.
All the very very best with your marriage Kim and Harry you make an awesome couple, it was great honour to capture and be a part of your big day.

David, Sarah, Ollie & Georgia.... and shouldn't forget Dougal!

It was a busy old day, this awesome family was so much fun and a great way to finish the day.

2 week old Lucan

Lisa also had pregnancy photos taken a few blogs ago.
That is a brilliant set of lips!

I am a lucky lady, 2 delicious newborn sessions within two days.
This is lovely Lucan who was an absolute star for the camera, his mum Lisa almost lost him as I was ready to take him home.

James Michael Montgomery

This is Pudding one of their beloved cats and first baby!

Yesterday afternoon I had the pleasure of meeting wee James who was all of 7 days old. You may remember his lovely mum Pene from her pregnancy session I blogged a few months ago and new dad Michael. James did so well in between feeds as a little model.

It was another present for a Granny, Mary- a portrait for her birthday earlier this year but the weather wasn't so kind for this portrait session- I managed to snap this pic of little 2 year old Zane running ahead before it started pouring.

The Cashmore's

The lovely Cashmore grandchildren did so well today with their Granny and Grandpa. A birthday present for Andrea was finally realised after a year. This is one lucky family as the rain stopped for the exact amount of time we needed. Andrea and Richards property in Whakamaramara was the perfect backdrop to their portraits.

Conscious Women Mana Retreat

Last weekend I also managed to nipped over to the Coromandel to photograph an amazing event called Conscious Women at the very beautiful Mana Retreat tucked in the hills just before the Coromandel township. I took lots of group shots including this one of the energetic and very lovely team who ran the weekend.

I only had a few minute per individual but managed to capture portraits of some of the participants.

Nikki & Dave 3rd of October

Nikki & Dave were so blessed with the weather as their preference was for moody skies. Their prayers were certainly answered as it started spitting as we finished the photoshoot and headed to the Mt Surf Club to enjoy the reception.

Dave's brother Luke and his friends James and Daniel made very dashing groomsmen.
We headed off to the old Tauranga Post Office- the perfect backdrop for their old Hollywood theme.
St Andrew church was the setting for their nuptials, they had a lovely candle lighting ceremony and still couldn't keep their hands off each other!
Nikki had her twin sister Katrina and her other sister Delwyn help her get glam.
You may remember Nikki and Dave from their engagement session a few blogs ago. They kicked off my big wedding season with a wonderful local wedding.
